Please Note: Recipients are not required to have any religious affiliation to receive the Sunflower Scholarship.

Requirements:
Funds are disbursed directly to the scholarship recipient’s school.
Mentorship Program:
Recipients must commit to the NYACG Mentorship Program by meeting with the Sunflower Scholarship Mentor. Meetings occur at least once each semester to discuss academic achievements and challenges, in order to ensure recipients are consistently supported throughout their educational journey.
Eligibility to Re-Apply:
Recipients are eligible to apply for the next NYACG Sunflower Scholarship upon completing the NYACG Mentorship Program.

- Single Woman
- High School Diploma, GED, or proof of Spring 2025 high school graduation (i.e. transcript, etc.)
- Part-time or Full-time enrollment at an USA-accredited vocational school (i.e. Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Medical Assistant, etc.)
