Jasmine Lowe is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has developed a diverse and impactful career, serving in various roles within healthcare, including as an Interventional Nurse, Oncology Nurse, and Clinical Instructor for nursing students. With a deep commitment to patient care and education, Jasmine strives to make a positive difference in both the clinical and academic worlds.
In addition to her professional work, Jasmine has a passion for traveling and exploring new cultures, which has further fueled her desire to help others on a global scale. She actively participates in community service and ministry, finding fulfillment in supporting those in need and advocating for health and wellness across the world. Jasmine lives by the principle, "Strive for the best and keep hope alive," as she believes that optimism and dedication can make a meaningful impact in every aspect of life. Lady Tiffany Barnett is a retired educator with 20 years of experience. During her career, she taught in the public and private sectors, grades two through high school (Geometry and Trigonometry) and served as an elementary and middle school principal. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from UNC Chapel Hill and a Masters degree in Elementary Education from Lesley University.
Lady Barnett is the leading lady of Refuge Way of the Cross Church of Christ, Inc. where her husband Bishop Troy Barnett has been the pastor since July 2016. She serves on several ministries, such as the Women’s Ministry, Missionary Board, and the Christian Education Ministry. She enjoys teaching God’s word and has had the privilege of teaching at various women’s ministry fellowships. Mrs. Stacey Cole is a native of Albany/Schenectady, New York. She is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant serving her counting over 26 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Strayer University and her Master’s in Public Finance from York College. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and Certified Professional Manager. Mrs. Cole is a Senior manager with 37 years’ experience in Financial Management and Human Resources operations at all levels from diverse Air Force locations throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States. She is a Financial Manager with the proven ability to successfully organize and lead teams in managing complex financial operations. She is experienced in all facets of budget forecasting, financial statement reconciliation, Auditing, payroll, and disbursements. She is an expert in her field at executing financial plans, broad range of accounting, administrative support, and logistical analysis. Mrs. Cole is the Past President of American Society of Military Comptrollers, South Dakota and a former member of both Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, Rapid City, SD and Salvation Army’s Executive Boards, Rome, NY. Mrs. Cole is currently employed with Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Rome, NY and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. She has been married to her husband, Steven, for 36 years. |
Taylor Barnett, Board Member

Taylor Barnett is a dynamic woman of faith, purpose, and professionalism, committed to advancing both the Kingdom of God and the world of engineering. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Maryland, College Park (Class of 2025), and earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Morgan State University. Professionally, Taylor serves as an Industrial Engineer with the U.S. Department of Defense, where she leads calibration and maintenance operations and manages multi-million-dollar budgets. She previously worked at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, where she directed system training programs and oversaw engineering operations for the U.S. Navy. In ministry, Taylor serves with humility and excellence. She has led audio/visual ministry teams and formerly served as Chaplain of the Alpha Delta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., reflecting her passion for servant leadership, spiritual growth, and sisterhood. She is also the creator and host of Just a Little Church, a faith-based podcast designed to inspire, encourage, and challenge listeners through short reflections on scripture and spiritual life. Whether mentoring young women, managing complex systems, or ushering in the presence of God, Taylor brings intelligence, integrity, and inspiration to every space she enters. |
